This series of photographs started in 2003 when I lived in Barcelona. The idea surrounding the work was to make a connection with the women I met. By reflecting on my own  femininity, history and identity I was able to make some common links with these women. Each photograph is a collaboration between the individual and myself which evolved into a fashion-documentary photography project.

With frequent trips to the City this rolling project is to me, one of fascination and a celebration of  how young people reflect their popular culture and history through body art and fashion.
